ALOC ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY
WHEN: Saturday, December 9th, 2017
TIME: 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(Our Holiday Meal will start at 12:30pm sharp)
(PLEASE NOTE That this is the SECOND Saturday of the Month)
WHERE: Beardall Senior Center – 800 S. Delaney Ave, Orlando, FL 32801
PLEASE BRING A DISH TO SHARE:
Members with the last name beginning with “A – I” please bring a side or a salad
Members with the last name beginning “J – S” please bring a main dish
Members with the last name beginning with “T – Z” please bring a dessert
FYI*** ALOC will provide coffee, tea, soda, Lemonade, and basic supplies such as plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, etc.
ANNUAL ALOC MEMBER HOLIDAY ART CONTEST:
Each ALOC Member who paid their dues at least 3 months prior is eligible (Sept. 2017 or before)
Bring 1 artwork (3D is acceptable) not shown at other ALOC exhibits
You will be given a number to place by your artwork + a ballot to vote
Artworks will be displayed on chairs (not hung)
On a ballot, vote for your 5 favorite artworks
The 5 artworks with the most votes win
The 5 top winners will receive Award ribbons and cash awards:
• Martha Fowler Award (Yellow ribbon) $ 75
• Charles Turzak Award (Light blue ribbon) $ 65
• 1st place (Dark blue ribbon) $55
• 2nd Place (Red ribbon) $45
• 3rd Place (White ribbon) $35
